   that is displayed together with your listing. The rebate will be paid to the user by UTRenters.com
   only if they become a tenants or a buyer or your property.


3. The user decides to contact you through a secure and trackable online “Contact the owner” form.
   This way you know this tenant or buyer has found your property through our website.
   Furthermore to qualify for the rebate the user needs to submit signed lease or proof of purchase.

This process allows you to be 100% sure that your tenant or buyer has found you property through our websites.
There’s no room for false claims like "I saw you offer cash back, and I saw your listing on UTRenters.com, here’s my lease".
If the user has not contacted you through our website “Contact the owner” form prior to signing the lease or purchasing the property,
we won't charge you the success fee.
